At Hifazat Tarps, we are committed to delivering products that meet agreed specifications and quality standards. Customers are encouraged to inspect products immediately upon delivery and report any concerns without unnecessary delay.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the industrial and customized nature of many of our products, returns may not always be possible once manufacturing has been completed or products have been dispatched. Custom-manufactured, fabricated, or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return unless a verified manufacturing defect is identified.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If products are received in a damaged condition or do not match confirmed specifications, customers should notify us promptly and provide supporting photographs, delivery records, and relevant order information to facilitate review.
Assessment Process
Each return or replacement request is assessed individually based on the circumstances involved. Hifazat Tarps reserves the right to inspect products and request additional information before making a final determination.
Resolution Options
Where a manufacturing defect or verified order discrepancy is confirmed, we may provide a replacement product, repair service, or another appropriate resolution based on the specific situation.
Exclusions
Products that have been altered, improperly stored, misused, subjected to abnormal operating conditions, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for return or replacement consideration.
